4. Payment

We endeavour to make payment procedures as straightforward as possible. Payment for services rendered or products purchased is upon the successful conclusion of the work or delivery. Our accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other mutually agreed-upon methods. Invoices will be furnished for all transactions, offering a comprehensive breakdown of the services and products acquired and the associated costs.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of service appointments or product orders. This advanced notice enables us to better manage our schedule and allocate resources efficiently. Failing to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee. We do, however, recognise that emergencies can arise, and we are committed to finding a viable solution in such situations.

6. Warranty

Our commitment to excellence extends to our workmanship. All services and products provided by Digital Marketing City are accompanied by a warranty lasting 12 months from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects but does not extend to damages caused by external factors, negligence, misuse, or unauthorised interventions.

7. Liability

While we go to great lengths to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and safety of our services and products, it's important to note that Digital Marketing City shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of using our services or products. Our comprehensive insurance coverage serves to mitigate potential risks and unforeseen accidents that may arise during the provision of our services or products.

In instances where our team identifies potential health and safety hazards on the premises, we reserve the right to either postpone or cancel the service or product delivery until such hazards have been adequately addressed.
